Simple 3-Step Testing Workflow
Part A – Peroxide Value (PV)
Step 1 – Sample Contact
Immerse the PV strip into the oil sample for approximately 5 seconds.
Step 2 – Reaction
Place the strip flat and allow reaction for 10 minutes.
Step 3 – Read Results
Remove excess oil and compare with the PV color chart.
Part B – Acid Value (AV)
Step 1 – Apply Sample
Add 2 drops of oil sample onto the AV reaction area.
Step 2 – Reaction
Allow reaction for 10 seconds.

Remove excess oil and compare with the AV color chart.

Storage Conditions
- Store sealed at 4–30°C in a cool and dry environment
- Do not freeze
- Use strips within 1 month after opening
- Perform testing within 10 minutes after removing strips from packaging
- Avoid touching reaction areas directly
