FSTest Enrofloxacin Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold)
Product Overview
The FSTest Enrofloxacin Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold) is an immunochromatographic assay designed for the qualitative detection of enrofloxacin residues in aquatic products, poultry, and livestock tissues. Utilizing a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatography assay, the test cassette features pre-coated recombinant antigens to deliver fast, visual, and accurate results directly observed by the naked eye without the need for complex laboratory equipment.
Key Benefits
· Rapid Testing Workflow: Fast extraction and reaction time, delivering visual results in just 5–8 minutes.
· Broad Matrix Compatibility: Optimized for bream, tilapia, shrimp, black-bone chicken, pork, beef, duck, and various seafood tissues.
· Simple Operation: Convenient test cassette format with microwells for easy on-site field screening.
· Clear Signal Interpretation: Color intensity on the T-line inversely corresponds to the enrofloxacin concentration.

Applicable Sample Types
· Aquatic Products & Seafood: Bream, tilapia, shrimp, and other fish/seafood tissues
· Poultry & Livestock Tissues: Black-bone chicken, duck, pork, beef, etc.
Test Procedure
Step 1: Sample Preparation & Extraction
Grind >100g representative sample. Weigh 1.0g homogenized sample into a 15mL centrifuge tube. Add 5mL Extraction Solution, cap tightly, and vigorously shake for 1 minute.
Step 2: Centrifugation & Dilution
Centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 2 minutes. Transfer 50µL of the supernatant to a 2mL centrifuge tube, add 700µL of Dilution Solution, and mix thoroughly for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Assay Execution & Reading
Ensure cassette is at 20–40°C. Pipette 100µL of prepared sample solution into a microwell, mix 3–5 times, and let stand for 3 minutes. Transfer all mixed solution into the sample well of the test cassette. Read results at 5–8 minutes (invalid after 8 minutes).
Performance & Validation
The FSTest Enrofloxacin Rapid Test Kit provides reliable qualitative screening at a Limit of Detection (LOD) of 100 µg/kg.
Result Interpretation:
· Negative (-): Both C (Control) line and T (Test) line appear.
· Positive (+): C line appears; T line does not appear (color intensity on T line is inversely proportional to enrofloxacin concentration).
· Invalid: C line fails to appear, regardless of T line presence.
