How It Works – Step-by-Step Instructions

Sample Preparation (Enrichment Required)

1. Homogenize 25g/mL of sample in 225mL sterile saline (1:10 dilution).

2. Inoculate 1mL of homogenate into 4mL of GN Enrichment Broth.

3. Incubate at 37°C for 18–24 hours (shaking preferred).

4. Mix 100μL of culture with 900μL of provided diluent.

Test Procedure

1. Equilibrate the test cassette and sample to room temperature (20–40°C).

2. Drop 5–6 drops (~100μL) of diluted sample into the cassette’s sample hole.

3. Read result within 10–15 minutes. Results are invalid after 15 minutes.
