Simple 3-Step Testing Workflow

Step 1 – Sample Preparation
Prepare sample dilution as required (typically 1:10 using sterile diluent).

Step 2 – Inoculation & Incubation
Pipette 1 mL of sample onto the plate, cover, and incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 15–24 hours (film side up).

Step 3 – Result Interpretation
After incubation, count colonies directly on the plate:

• Red colonies = Coliforms
• Blue colonies = E. coli

Use the built-in grid for accurate enumeration.

• Store at 4–10°C in sealed packaging
• Allow to reach room temperature before opening
• After opening, reseal tightly and store at 4–10°C
